Best Value for the budget
The staff was really helpful in providing information and supplimentary services. Location was excellant. Rooms were little noisy but under that reasonable budget range, one can’t ask for more or better value in downtown San Francisco. I would definately go back and stay there!

More like a motel
A small and uncomfortable room for starters. Bed lamp was ripped of the wall and room was very worn out. Vanity light was flickering and it took innkeeper 24hrs to replace bulb. Sewage ditch was overflowing. Innkeepers and staff were VERY, VERY pushy to get us out of there day we were leaving, and this was on a monday?!!!
