For me as a frequent traveler it’s definitely not a 4 star hotel
The staff was only sometimes friendly and helpful The cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired: bed covers were dirty, bathroom poorly cleaned. Windows were not cleaned and were leaking For a Starwoodhotel -> sorry but here the price performance ratio is not correct.

Air conditioning noisy and blocked by wall in 205, couldn’t reach bed by blocked wall corner; had to keep cooling room for air to reach bed won’t stay here again everything is gouged; internet, high meal prices, etc.

The hotel service was mediocre
The staff was pleasant, and the accommodations were just OK. My balcony was never cleaned. The hallways remind me of a Holiday Inn. The lobby furnishings are tired. Bellemn and doormen service poor. This is wedding central and quite disruptive.
