Unacceptable Hotel!
The room was dirty (old coffee grounds in pot, dirty microwave, rank smell in non-smoking room, un vacuumed floor, noisy air conditioning unit.) They were stingy on the towels, only three pillows for King-size bed, only one small facial soap & no shampoo. If we had not already paid for the room & knew of other available accommodations, we would have never stayed here.

Posted: 26-Feb-09We are deeply sorry for your experience at our hotel. We really feel bad that your room was not up to standard. We would have been eager to change your room to a much better room if we would have known about the problems in the room. We have done a major deep cleaning and trained our staff in January 2009. We have a new team of housekeeping staff and they are all well trained. We do have shampoo in all our rooms and if you have forgotten any toiletry items we would be glad to provide from the from office. We hope you will stay again with us and we will make sure you have a good experience.

Noisy!
Close to freeway. Light around doors.No weatherstripping. Hear noise from road and neighbors and eighteen wheelers in parking lot. Much too much noise. Will not go back.
