Can’t wait to go back.
Pestana Grand has a beautiful view of the ocean. Full breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. I look forward to a return trip to Funchal, Madeira Portugal and stay at Pestana Grand.

Very impressed
The Pestana Grand Hotel was an oasis in itself. The type of hotel that with good weather, you find it hard to leave even for the beautiful sites of Madeira. The views from the rooms were spectacular. The pool and spa areas spotlessly clean and peaceful. The hotel’s food was good and you are close enough to many excellent restaurants just a short walk from the hotel. When you do decide to see more of Madeira the hotel bus takes you into Funchal and if you dedide to use the taxis’ they are very reasonably priced. I would highly recommed this hotel to anyone.
