comfortable
I just stayed in a standard twin room, but it was a good sized apartment with all the facilities you require. The hotel is also conveniently located near Hakata station and is easy to catch a bus up to Tenjin. The staff were amazingly helpful and the buffet breakfast is well worth it. my only complaint is the air conditioning unit is rather noisy in the apartment as it cuts in and out to keep the room cool.

Nice hotel, no complaints
The rooms in pretty much all hotels in Japan are small, so although this one-bed room was small by western standards, it was great--clean, no problems at all, great staff. I also had the breakfast buffet two days in a row which was really good.
