Great Location
Hard to beat the location on the Plaza. Close to everything and easy to get most places in KC. Loose Park area is wonderful for running or walking. The rennovation is complete and well done. The addition of a small fitness room is much apppreciated. Most importantly it is not a sterile high rise institution.

Love this place!
This is such a great hotel; I would not want to stay anywhere else while in KC.

Le Raphael
The hotel is above expectations in cleanliness and orderliness. The staff at the hotel is very attentive and accomodating. However the staff in the restaurant needs a bit of work. They are slow and lack a sense of attention to details. It took no time to get coffee but a long time to get the cream. I ordered the same breakfast meal each day for the 4 days there and each day it was very different - sometimes 2 pieces of fruit and sometimes 7. We would always go back just because of the ambience and quaintness of the hotel.
