Great Customer Service
I never felt more respected by hotel staff. Guys will go above and beyond to make you feel better.Hotel itself is not brand new and it could use some renovations but great customer service make is up for all of it

Valuable for the price
I stayed in the new building. It was quite good but the location was not that good, City Downtown. Also, parking was limited, first come first reserve.
Traveler's tip for business travelers
Watch out from the traffic between Sharjah and Dubai, it is always jammed even though distance between the two cities are less than 15 Kms.
