Great Stay...Great Price
This is my third trip to the Hyatt Summerfield Suites and I was very satisfied again. If there were one thing to mention, it would be the size of the bathtub and bathroom...they are very small, but the huge living room and kitchen make-up for it.

Not as nice as I expected
The suite was clean and nice, but there were a couple of surprises that made my stay less than pleasant. When I arrived at the hotel, I asked if my room was ready. I was told it was. Yet maybe a half hour after we checked in a man appeared at the door saying he needed to replace the shower curtain, and replace a knife in the kitchen! I was unable to connect my laptop to their wireless internet. I travel everywhere with my laptop and have never had a problem connecting to a wireless internet in any other place. I spend a long time on the phone with the foreign and very hard to understand tech services person, but still couldn’t connect. I had ask for a cable so I could connect. There were no batteries in the remote control. The electricity went off in our section of the hotel the second night we stayed there, and there were no storms in the area. My key card didn’t work the next morning, so I got it fixed, then that evening, when I came back to my room late, it wasn’t working again, so I had to go to the desk to get it fixed, and the clerk didn’t even apologize. A hotel this nice should pay more attention to details.

More than just a suite!
Our stay at the Summerfield "Suites" in Bridgewater, NJ was short--but oh very "suite". With 4 kids in tow we generally stay at a suite whenever possible but this particular one was much more like a condominium than a suite. Quite luxurious. Although this was only a "stopping off point" for us on our vacation, we really enjoyed the comfort and will definitely be on the look out for similar accommodations for our future family travels.
