Albergo I Dammusi Di Borgo Cala

A kilometer from the town Borgo Cala Creta, facing of the more evocative bays of the Lampedusa island, the Hotel I Dammusi is situated harmoniously in a natural environment. The hotel village comprised of 23 Dammusi /villas/, constructed in stone, of clear arabic inspiration, is placed in three sloaping rows along the rocky coastline of Cala Creta, on the brink of the sea with a breathless panorama. Every Dammuso has a patio covered in bamboo cane and a private garden. They each have a distinct architecture, the walls are made in dry stone, and white cupolas on the roof make them appear as if they are 'from another time' while keeping them cool under the african island sun.
