Beautiful hotel, marginal service
We stayed at the Regency for a long weekend in Tunis. The restraunts were good. The hotel itself is beautiful. Service was hit or miss, including not being able to get a spoon at breakfast and being told someone was on their way to fix the broken TV and having no one show up. I wouldn’t pay the full summer rate for this, but if you get a deal it’s nice.
