Very nice hotel for the price! The room was clean and updated. The outside needs some updating and little work done. Overall will stay again!

Great value
I was a little concerned about staying here after reading all the reviews; however, it turned out to be better than I expected. It was definitely a budget friendly hotel for the Gatlinburg area (many of them can be quite expensive). Our room was nice, and everything was in working condition. The only suggestion I have is the bathroom could be updated a little. Also, the comments about the breakfast being only carbs is correct.

too many hotels to stay there again!!!
first off we paid and reserved a room with a king bed, they suck us in a double. we reserved a smoking room there were no ashtrays so i called down to get someone to bring us one, they told me to come get it myself. we also had a fire place that had a mind of its own. it wouldnt shut off so we cooked ALL NIGHT. when it did shut off the next morning ,it would come back on all by itself. we had to laugh. We did take our own sheets and blankets after reading the other reviews.
TAKE YOUR OWN SHEETS AND BLANKETS!!!!!! unless you want to take a 4 hr. drive skipped cades cove, its totally not worth the long drive. The aquarium is by far the coolest thing ever. There is coupons everywhere, that is very helpful.
