Boardwalk Inn & Suites Daytona Beach, FL
Put us in a room on the 4th Floor, not a problem it was suppose to be close to the elevator. Well it was close to the elevator, only problem, the elevator wasn’t working. My boyfriend has had 5 back surgeries and going up 4 flights of stairs was not ideal. The girl and the front desk said they were all full and nothing could be done. Finally after complaining and asking to see the Manager on duty. He took care of the situation for us. Bravo to him! They need to get better people at the front desk who are actually willing to help the customers instead of just brushing them off!

Great location!
We went for Fall Bike week and were impressed. Great location within walking distance of Main Street, parking just for bikes in the underground garage, great security, friendly staff. Great place to stay. Our only problems were that 1 of the elevators was broken and that we paid extra for an oceanfront room but there were no balconies nor did the windows open. Thought if we were paying for the view, we’d at least get to enjoy it. We would definitely stay again.

wi-fi not working, "continental breakfast" was only cereals and closed 1/2 early!
