We like the area.
The sliding glass door needed a screw to lock properly. It took severawl complaints until it was fixed. We went for breakfast the first day in the hotel. We were seated and ignored. We watched other tables get served, and still no waitress, so we walked out, never to darken their door again!

Overused & under-serviced
Golden Inn is tarnished- and requires updating in all respects. The view is super- if you get one. Otherwise, the hotel is in poor repair, dated, and on the verge of downright dirty. The indoor restaurant smells, the sliding glass doors drag & barely open, the screen door fell off, outside sprinkler systems leak & bathtubs do not drain.
