A well-run hotel
Everything I needed was provided, including the printing out of some computer files I needed for my work while in Krakow. The staff was available, intelligent, forthcoming, the food is high-priced but solid in quality, the general atmosphere is all one can ask.

Will go back
the icemachine on 4th floor was broken. The swimming poolwas very cold.The security keys were really awkward. I think for th e price breakfast should have been included

The city was really beautiful weather was lovely plenty of places to eat and drink and everywhere was in walking distance
