Special Check-In Instructions
Resort Airline Check-In Service lets guests check luggage and receive airline boarding passes at resort hotels. The service accepts 1 bag per passenger for guests flying AirTran, Alaska Airlines, Delta, and JetBlue. Guests with multiple bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services (407-284-1231, 7 AM - 11 PM daily) to pay excess luggage fees before checking in. Otherwise, additional bags must be checked at airport.
Guests flying United Airlines who use Resort Airline Check-In Service are currently exempt from the airline's excess luggage fees.
Guests flying American Airlines, Continental, Northwest Airlines, and US Airways who wish to check bags must call Baggage Airline Guest Services to pay airline baggage fees before checking in at Resort Airline Check-In desk. Otherwise, guests must check in at airport.
For all airlines, luggage must weigh 50 pounds or less to use Resort Airline Check-In Service and comply with the airline's baggage policy. Resort Airline Check-In desks cannot accept overweight or oversized luggage. Excess luggage fees vary by airline.

What to expect: Guests at Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa step back in time to the country estates of upstate New York in the 1800s, with their strong tradition of horse racing. Classic pictures of horses line the walls, evoking an era gone by. Guests check in at the Carriage House, with its whimsical carousel-horse centerpiece, and kids enjoy their own quiet corner, where they can watch TV in pint-sized chairs.
Amenity highlights: In addition to being across the lake from the Downtown Disney® Area, the resort offers High Rock Spring, a zero-entry, grotto-style pool with waterfalls and two spa tubs. Additional activities include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and bicycle rentals. The on-site spa includes a fitness center and provides massage, facials, and body treatments. Complimentary children’s activities include ping-pong, foosball, video and board games, and Disney movies.
Insider tip: Guests looking to stretch vacation dollars while satisfying an all-day thirst: A great tip for Disney guests, particularly those with children, is to purchase a resort mug for $7.95 (price is subject to change). Guests enjoy complimentary refills of their mugs during their entire stay at the Walt Disney World® Resort. It’s a great way for travelers to quench their thirst and stretch their budgets.

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa offers colorful Victorian architecture inspired by the heyday of country retreats in upstate New York in the 1800s. The historic influence of horse racing also acts as a source of inspiration for this resort’s decor and ambience, with classic horse pictures lining the walls and equestrian details scattered throughout the property. The resort’s 280 guestrooms include studios and one- and two-bedroom villas. And the full-service spa on site offers massage therapy, facials, and body treatments as well as a full fitness center.
Guests can cool off in the grotto-style pool complete with waterfalls, two spa tubs, and an adjacent bar. Other activities include tennis, basketball, and shuffleboard; there’s also a game arcade on site. Bike rentals are available, including bicycles with shading surrey-tops. For the kids, activities include ping-pong, foosball, PlayStation 2, board games, Disney movies, and daily scheduled arts and crafts. A self-service restaurant is on site.
A complimentary water launch (boat) is available to the Downtown Disney® Area, and complimentary motorcoach transportation is offered to all Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Water Parks.
Disney's Magical Express: Guests of this resort are eligible for complimentary Disney's Magical Express service. Motor coaches pick up guests at Orlando International Airport and drop off at Walt Disney World® Resort Hotels. Disney staff members pick up bags and deliver them straight to guestrooms (for arrivals between 5 AM and 10 PM). Guests arriving outside of these hours should pick up their baggage at baggage claim to carry with them on the motor coach.

Victorian-style decor includes rich shades of green and gold, and is reminiscent of upstate New York country retreats of the late 1800s.
All rooms at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa have either kitchenettes or full kitchens and provide furnished, step-out balconies or patios with varied resort views. The spa includes a full fitness center with stationary bicycles, treadmills, and circuit machines. Arts and crafts are scheduled daily and include origami, paint ’n swirl, and water colors (surcharge may apply for materials).
Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is within two miles of the resort via complimentary Disney transportation. Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course, one of Disney’s five tour-caliber golf courses, is adjacent to the resort. Guest services can assist with reservations at any course.
