Horrible service - I do not recommend this hotel

This hotel looks much better on line than in person. The rooms are clean, but not well maintained. The staff is completely unprofessional. The staff knows absolutely nothing about the service industry. The answer to every question we had was consistently "I don’t know." There was no ice for the first three days we stayed there. My husband accidentally left 2 pairs of jeans in our room. We called the same day we checked out to tell them. The person who answered the phone looked in the maid’s closet and saw the jeans, but couldn’t retrieve them because it was locked and told us to call the maids in the morning. We called back and the person we spoke to said they had not found any jeans, which was a lie. We don’t get to go on vacation very often and were very disappointed with this hotel.

I advise paying a little more to stay in one of the other hotels on the beach.

Would not go back to This Hotel

This hotel was old and in much need of remodeling. The Balcony door once I finally got it opened would not close. I had to call maintance to come close it. The Maintaince man said he would have to fix it better the next day. He never showed up. So The two nights we spent there we did not get to open the Balcony door to see the Ocean. The Mini kitchen was all rusted. The floors were all stained and we never went barefoot in the room. There was a reclyner that had a big gaping hole. The plus side was the bar and grill, they had great Djs. I would of been great to sleep outside in the pool area.

Cockroach Motel

We were pleased with the size of the room, the ocean view, and the kitchenette. We did have a major problem with roaches, but the worst part was that when I reported this to the desk upon my checkout, they didn’t seem to care. There was no "I’m sorry", no "I’ll take care of it", the guy at the front desk just said "OK".
