Location! Classy! Perfect for couples!
We celebrated my husband’s 40th Birthday in Madrid. Hotel Urban was a stunning hotel that I would highly recommend. It is in the perfect location!You can walk everywhere and it is very safe.The hotel room is small but thats all you need in Madrid on holiday.The room is immaculate, beautifully decorated and the bathroom is superb. It is a very hip, modern boutique hotel with excellent customer service.The concierges are fantastic. The Glass Bar is expensive but very cool!We will be going back again for sure! There was a lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries with a note left in our room for my husband’s 40th Birthday which was a really classy touch! Class Class Class!

Satisfied but
Very nice, modern, clean hotel. Very good location close to Santa Ana. Great drinks at the roof terrace. 2 issues though a) Despite being advertised as a WiFi internet access free of charge, hotel charges for that. And charges very steeply b) Swimming pool is not is a size of a large jaccuzzi

Very hip, chic hotel
I was very impressed with the decor and ambience of this hotel. The room was smaller than I would have liked but it was large enough for European standards. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully done. The location of the hotel was perfect--very close to the museums and main tourist attractions.

Extremely noisy
The Hotel was beautiful, modern, clean and well maintained. However, it was so noisy it was impossible to sleep. There was constant noise until 3am, and then the maids started banging their carts at 8am. I couldn’t wait to leave this Hotel.

Perfect location
This hotel is gorgeous! The room was was very sleek! My only compliant was the noise. You heard everything, from the cleaning ladies to people walking in the hallways. But other than that awesome! The Glass Bar is very nice looking but VERY VERY expensive. I had a Grey Goose on the rocks and it was roughly $18 (american dollars). I live in New York City and I have new paid that much for a drink like that. Oh well! The place was beautiful and perfectly located to the Prado and other sites!

A Gem in the City
Great modern style and a wonderful location, walking distance to everything. Rooftop bar and pool made returning to the hotel in the afternoon a nice treat!

Nice hotel - would stay again
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. I was in Madrid for business and leisure. I had reserved a meeting room in the hotel, which had problems with the internet, which was certainly frustrating, but other than that, it’s a great hotel. My first time there, I was on the 1st floor, and the room was quite a bit larger. This trip, we had a room on the 2nd flr, which was a little cramped, ...so I’d def. request a larger room the next time. The restauarant doesn’t cater to everyone, as it offers extremely modern cuisine, with very small portions, but great taste (and expensive). Other than that, great place.
