Good and comfatable hotel
This hotel is far from Rome Termini Station. However, you can take Metro subway line A and get off at Ponte Lungo stop. It is walking distance from Ponte Lungo to the hotel about 10 minitues on foot. Hotel was clean and the air conditioner worked well. When I check the reviews before I book this hotel, everybody said that this hotel was very hot. However, when I stayed between June 18 to June 20, the hotel was cool and air condition worked perfectly well. Breakfast was not so good, and they did not provide any fruits and no boiled egges even though they are continental breakfast.
If you go to many places in Rome, use Metro subway. You can go to Coloseo, Fontana di Trevi, Vatican, Spanish Steps... by Metro. Ask for the metro map at the front desk. If you buy a ticket for a day pass( it is 4 euros), you can take Metro and buses for a day without limitation of usage time. A day pass(called "BIG") can be purchased at the Metro station at the vending machine. The vending machine for tickes receives notes(5, 10, 20, 50 euros).

Uncomfortably hot in May
The hotel is conveniently located near train and subway stations. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a grocery store nearby. The room and bathroom were large enough. The breakfast food quality, selection, and service was very good. However, I would not recommend this hotel for anyone who is uncomfortable in a hot room. I was told that the hotel did not have air conditioning turned on because the laws in Rome do not allow air conditioning to be turned on until a certain date. (The first front desk employee said that is the air conditioning was not fixed). I opened the window, which helped cool the rom, but the windows do not have screens. I already had a mosquito bite from a different city earlier in my trip, so having the window open made me nervous.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
The path to the hotel is near the side of the train station, near the tunnel. If you go from the front of the station and walk away from the station, you are headed in the wrong direction.

Hot
The hotel was great. The subway was within walking distance, the staff spoke very good English, and the breakfast was good. The only problem was that the room was very hot! We could not figure anyway to get the heat off.
