Wonderful place!
Our stay at the Abitart Hotel was wonderful. Though it seemed to be in a sketchy part of town, this hotel was classy and comfortable and if you venture away just a bit there are some lovely shops and it is very much in walking distance to the attractions. There was an international phone center a block away to make calls, a supermarket pretty much right next door, and many restaurants in the area too. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was SO extremely friendly and helpful also- it was no problem having my aunt keep her icepacks in the bar freezer (she’s diabetic and needed to take the icepacks with during the day). Breakfast was delicious and there is a computer for general use. At first we booked through expedia, but then came back a few extra nights before our trip ended- booking with Expedia was way cheaper. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Rome!

Great Bathrooms!
So many hotels in Rome have bad to just ok bathrooms and this hotel has great ones! Clean, modern and nice - just the way Americans love them.
