The stay was great, very clean hotel, my room was cleaned every day, and the best part of the hotel was the indoor pool and sauna. 24/7 Internet was also wonderful, I haven’t tried their meals but I heard it was pretty decent. I will definitely stay there again!

Walgreens is across the street from the hotel, so if there is anything you forgot to bring for your trip, it’s conveniently located.

Mixed feelings

The hotel has two wings...one nice, and one tired. I got the later. In that wing, it is nowhere near teh star rating it carries. It is however conmvenient to Rt 495, Rt 93, etc. All in all, I think next time I would stay elsewhere. Oh BTW, they also overcharged me (late billing on my credit card for meals), and so far, after 2 emails into them, they choose not to respond.

A good place to spend the night

We got there late in the evening, had a good night’s sleep, and took off late the next morning. No complaints - everything was satisfactory.

A Fine Hotel

This hotel was a nice place to stay.

I definitely would go back.

Overall everything was fine. Only negative: the pool and exercise rooms were very far from the rooms (two seperate building connected by a glass walkway).

I liked that the restaurant offered delicious dinner specials for under $10 and kids meals. There regular menu was priced much higher.

Conveniently located hotel for Boston/New Hampshire Fall tour area. Friendly staff, pleasant public areas with dining room and sports bar.

Good for the price

This is a good place to stay for the price I got. They have two different buildings, and I think one is a little bit nicer than the one that I stayed in. The building I was in was an older hotel building that has been redone. Overall, it was nice, my only gripe is that the A/C and heat were controlled by a single wall unit under the window. The AC wasn’t on when I got there so my room was hot and humid, and it took about 10 minutes for the AC unit to even turn on, let alone cool the room.

Best bet in Chelmsford

This hotel is your best bet in Chelmsford. The location can’t be beat with plenty of restaurants and stores and the interstate nearby.

If you stay in a suite it isn;t horrible, otherwise go somewhere else

I confirmed by phone a guaranteed king bed and on check in received two doubles. They moved us to a room directly near the bar where we had thumping bass all night long. The only thing worse than the bass were the dozens of teenagers running through the halls while their parents stood in front of our door yelling at them or on cell phones. The breakfast was horrible. We moved again to a suite but the sleep number bed gave us a terrible sleep so we moved again to a real bed in a suite that was finally ok. Four rooms in five days is not what I’d call a good stay. We had stayed before and were happy but never, ever again.

No Complimentary Continental Breakfast

The Raddison was a nice hotel however I would have expected a continental breakfast of some sort included in the price of the room. The sleep number bed I feel is over rated. I almost felt as if I was sleeping on an air mattress. The Exercise room was nice and the Business center was included in the price of the room. Overall, the hotel is OK. I would probably stay somewhere else the next time around just because of the things above.

Nice, but. . .

I chose this hotel because of the pool but found that when I checked in I was in another building, about a 3 block (inside) walk to the pool through the main lobby. When I asked if my room could be changed (because the hotel wasn’t very busy), they said there would be a service charge for changing the room, even though I hadn’t even gone upstairs yet. I would stay here again but I would ask to be closer to the pool end of the complex.

Our room was much larger than expected with lots of amenities. It was comfortable and quiet and the price was definitely a plus.

Excellent!! Highly recommend this hotel

The Radisson’s choice to have sleep number beds makes them an A+++ hotle. The beds are sooo comfortable we slept great! The food at the Independence Grill Was great as well. WHether you’re staying for business or leisure I highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient

We were there for a quick overnight so didn’t spend much time at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet. The only thing was that the thermostat / air conditioning system was not working which was a bummer considering it was a hot and muggy night.

Slow Internet, Dark bathroom

This hotel has extremely slow internet. The quality of the connection was very good but the speed was below dailup. Also, the lighting in the bathroom was very dim. The rooms need more lighting in the bathrooms.

I have stayed here before and it is always a good experience. Good food, nice staff, good fitness room.
