NICE!
We enjoyed staying here...very nicely appointed, clean, and spacious room...quiet atmosphere...great location, near downtown shopping mall...couldn’t have asked for anything better. Only gripe: we felt the valet parking rate was too high.

We will be returning!
The room was large and very nice. The bed was extremely comfortable with down pillows, down coverlet, and pillow top mattress. My only disappointment was the "continental breakfast" that was supposed to serve waffles. The room was quite, even though it was on a busy street. There was only coffee and coffee cake.
Excellent location for shopping and traveling as it is only a few blocks away from the Sky Walk Mall.

Great Location for Shopping, Entertainment, etc.; Comfy Beds!
This hotel is great, especially if you need to be centrally located in downtown Spokane. It has a beautiful foyer, comfortable beds, friendly staff and valet parking (optional). It’s close enough to everything-shopping, entertainment and numerous eating establishments, as well as meeting places such as the Convention Center and Spokane Arena. The only thing this hotel doesn’t have is vending machines, so if you want something, bring it with you or order room service. All in all, a positive experience for the price!
