New hotel too far from Madrid
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Locate was not convenient to get to Madrid. Train station close but ran on the 1/2 hour. Area was run down.

Nice hotel, great service
This hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious and all have balconies. The staff was excellent!!! always with a smile and willing to lend a helping hand. The hotel is 45 minutes from Atocha train station in the heart of Madrid which may limit you with your schedule (last train leaves Madrid at 11:45pm). All in all the hotel is great, the restaurant is good but expensive and if you dont mind the train ride it is a great place to stay.
Traveler's tip
If you like books, dont miss La casa del Libro, it is a 4 level book store of all the books you can imagine, it is on the Gran Via across from the (yes) Starbucks. Also keep in mind that most restaurants kitchens are not open all day, they mostly open for dinner service so the rest of the day restaurants will serve you Tapas, Bocadillos, Sandwiches and salads. Have fun and dont forget to get lost in the streets of Madrid you never know what you will find.
