Do not drive into Strasbourg!
The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful but take my advice and get the park and ride in. The city is a veritable maze of one way streets. If you choose to park at the hotel there is only one way in and it is very hard to find. Plus, when you park they put your car on a lift. You’d be better off parking at the Rue Des Tannuers parking lot. You have been warned.
