Nice room but don’t plan on breakfast
We stopped here for a night after flying from San Diego into Norfolk, enroute to the Outer Banks of NC. The front desk staff was helpful and our room was perfectly fine...exactly as we expected. Breakfast the next morning was a disaster. The hotel was not prepared for the number of guests and there literally was no silverware. Also no coffee and none of the 2 juices offered. So really out of all the necessary staples. I think it could have been quite nice if they could have kept up with the crowd as there was a nice variety of cold and hot items. So, we headed to Starbucks! My son also left his stuffed animal in our room. I phoned the hotel during our trip and the front desk was again very helpful and transferred me to the housekeeping department, indicating that I should leave a message and they would promptly return my call regarding the lost item. No call back ever occurred.

very comfortable
This hotel was very comfortable. Their free breakfast was way beyond what is usually offered. The cleaning service was quiet but efficient. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay often, as I have family in the area. Very convienient to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

With the large rooms, excellent breakfast service, and roominess of publlic areas, this was worth the money.
