Great a la carte service
Good service. Pool and beach are always clean and well maintained. Room usually had a nice smell and we could see the beach from the room. There was plenty of hot water. My only complain is that I’m a vegetarian and the buffet restaurant had a lot of food containing meat. I ate a lot of salad there and like them alot.
The a la carte restaurant (Italian) was really nice. Pampered from the very moment we got there.

Needs renovation
Rooms, including suites, need renovation. The staff is really nice but the hotel in general needs a huge renovation.

Never Again
Not only they didn’t have food available 24/7, there was npthing to do in the resort past 11pm. Also their pool was xtremely filthy ....Can we say pool water should be a nice blue color and not yellow!! I will never go back there again!
Traveler's tip on nightlife
Cocobongo is a small disco/lounge place a couple of blocks away from the hotel...It is pretty nice and has good music
