Location good, hotel - Not so much
We stayed there for IntroDuckTion. The hotel is in bad need of a remodel. The beds are hard and the pillows very flat. We went to the front desk to ask for 3 extra pillows (one for each of us), and they only gave us one. The complementary breakfast was better than most, and the wireless internet worked great. It was also across the street from the University which is nice.

Cheap, well-located and low quality
Great location if you are doing something at the University but on the low end of quality.
