Would stay here again!
This hotel was inexpensive, in a great location, and had the most helpful staff i have met yet in France. I have reccommended this hotel to others already, and will continue to do so.

Uncomfortable & Unfriendly
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our 2 week honeymoon to 6 European cities, and we found this to be the worst of our accommodations. The bed was uncomfortable, the a/c barely worked, the carpet needed to be vacuumed and the shower, my goodness, if you are any bit on the large side you might as well just go bathe in the sea. It was a small stall and we had to hold the shower head by hand to use, as it appeared whatever should have held it to the wall was broken. We are accustomed to a helpful front desk, so when we wanted to go to Monaco the 2nd evening of our stay, we simply stopped to get information. The girl smirked at us when we asked if we could just take the train there, like we were dumb travelers - SORRY for putting you out by asking a question to be sure instead of wasting our time trying to figure it out all on our own. When we asked about schedules, she told us to get it at the station, but that the train runs late. Turns out these trains do not run on time, do not run frequently and certainly 11:30pm is not exactly late for a last train. Not a huge deal, but if she had taken 2 minutes to give us some help we would have been a lot happier. We are fairly young (30s) and do not need 5 star luxury. We were just looking for an inexpensive place for a shower and bed, but cleanliness and proper upkeep should be pretty standard (it was everywhere else we went).
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
Nice is okay, but it seems the surrounding area has more to offer. Monaco was more enjoyable.
