Great location, extremely helpful people at the front desk, could not have asked for more.
This was our first time to New Orleans and I was a bit nervous bookingour hotel on line. We could not have asked for a better location. One block from Bourbon St. and one block from Canal St. Everything you could ever want was within walking distance. The Checkard Parrot right next door is a very nice Sports Bar. Our room was clean and everyone working there was very very nice and helpful. When we go back to New Orleans we will stay there again, no questions asked.
Don’t be surprised by your cab fare from the airport to the hotel. For only a 20 min ride for 4 people was $56.00.

a perfect location
this is the perfect place to stay for a great french quarter stay. the hotel sits right on Royal st. at the mouth of the french quarter, making everything easily accessible. the service was fantastic, and the room was clean and in perfect shape when i arrived. definitely a good choice for the money.

Bad Stay
Got locked out of the room because the door lock malfunctioned. We could not get in for over 2 hours - this after a long day of work!! We were at the restaraunt having drinks and dinner while waiting and the manager said he would take care of the bill; he changed his mind and told us he could not do that. Previous night there were cops in the lobby making an arrest. Would not recommend this place.
