For the price can’t hurt to go back

Was a little disappointed with the comforters on the beds. They appeared very old. Other than that the heater seemed to not work well enough to keep the room at an adequate temperature. Lastly, when I returned at 11pm that night, I was unable to park in their parking lot. The lot was taken over from tourists who were scrambling to find a parking lot. Did they toe any of those cars nope... so I ended up having to park a block away in order to return back to my room. Guess I’m a patient person.

Great Place to get away, but close to everything

So the hotel has a nice pool, and is close to clifton hill. did not interact with the staff other than checking in and out, so i can not rate them on that. room’s had older bed sheets but the bathroom was nice

The quality of hotel and service service was very poor ,can find much more chipper and close to the falls ,not helpful with information ,and about the FREE BREAKFAST is the worst theirs only one cake and juice not even milk or cheese, simply the lowest quality of food ,so please don’t be fooled with the big sign FREE BREAKFAST ,and for the rooms ,they are the worst the air condition was broken, the sink was also broken , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Hotel is in a great location but there are many other hotels within 2 blocks that are cheaper and much cleaner/nicer!

Very expensive and not quality

We wouldn’t recommend this hotel, because we didn’t have a great service. The hotel is old, and it needs to be fix. It’s too expensive !

Experienced falls traveler, likes location but not much more.

If you are planning a trip to visit the casino in Niagara and maybe check out the falls, this is a great location. A 5 minute walk has you at the casino door and another 5 will put you next to the majesty of the falls. The woman at the front desk was immersed in her video game when we entered but was still able to help us out. The TV was ok, but did omit a buzzing sound that would flucuate in its sounds. The water in the shower was also a little tempremental in going back and forth from hot to cold. If you are looking for a nice hotel to spend time in, this is not for you. If you want a short walk to the attractions and a bed with a roof over your head, then go for it.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Alcohol is heavily regulated in ON and beer is sold at chain of stores, The Beer Store. Also, all bars around falls are very expensive for drinks. If you are looking for a night out at a cheap cost, try to have a few drinks at your hotel before you go out to save on cost. The duty-free store at the Peace Bridge has a dozen or some US and Canadian beers for about half the price that you would pay at the Beer Store. Everyone over 19 is able to bring one case of beer or one bottle of liquor.

Close to clifton hill

The hotel was within walking distance only 2 blocks from clifton hill; they have a nice indoor pool; friendly and courteous staff; continental breakfast was filling; rooms nice size; I recommend staying here. Will use them when we go back.

Great Location for all that happens in the area

We were very pleased with the accommodations. The pool was very clean and also covered. The breakfast was not good - too many sweets - did not have a variety to accommodate the diabetic. The hotel did have discount coupons for a very nice resturant that sereved breakfast,only two short blocks away. I would come back in a heart beat.

Be aware of the 14%tax. There is no free parking. The location makes it easy to walk to all area attractions.

Waste for your money

Breakfast was waste. Nobody to service If you call the front desk, Internet does not work in the room have to be outside the room to get the internet working.

For the money it was good. It was walking distance from everything but yet far enough from the noise and crowd of the strip. We basically just used the room for sleeping purposes and would use the same hotel again if we go back. Warning.... Food is very expensive.

Excellent guest care!

Very friendly and personable staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very welcoming.
