For the price can’t hurt to go back
Was a little disappointed with the comforters on the beds. They appeared very old. Other than that the heater seemed to not work well enough to keep the room at an adequate temperature. Lastly, when I returned at 11pm that night, I was unable to park in their parking lot. The lot was taken over from tourists who were scrambling to find a parking lot. Did they toe any of those cars nope... so I ended up having to park a block away in order to return back to my room. Guess I’m a patient person.

Great Place to get away, but close to everything
So the hotel has a nice pool, and is close to clifton hill. did not interact with the staff other than checking in and out, so i can not rate them on that. room’s had older bed sheets but the bathroom was nice

WORTS HOTEL EVER !,not recommend at all ,be aware
The quality of hotel and service service was very poor ,can find much more chipper and close to the falls ,not helpful with information ,and about the FREE BREAKFAST is the worst theirs only one cake and juice not even milk or cheese, simply the lowest quality of food ,so please don’t be fooled with the big sign FREE BREAKFAST ,and for the rooms ,they are the worst the air condition was broken, the sink was also broken , NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Posted: 6-May-09Our hotel’s daily complimentary continental breakfast includes juice, coffee, tea, muffins, danish, apple and cherry turnovers. Regarding the sink and air condition being broken, we did not receive any complaints during the guest’s stay . If we had known, we would have helped this guest find better accomodations. Our staff works hard in satisfying our guests. We hope you will return on your next trip to Niagra Falls.
