horrible check in
about 4 hours to give us room, of course this after discuss with the personal .They don’t have idea how important and serious are reservations made by internet . we asked for king bed and we got three singles beds.San andes is beautifull but this hotel not. never i come back to this hotel or some decameron hotel in san andres. very bad attention in reception the other things like food etc amzing

Marazul is great but far
Staff is great and helpful. Food is great, entertainment is great.Check-in is very slow,

If you want to be close to everything San Andres has to offer plan your stay around another Decameron however if you just want to get away this is the place to be.Inside rooms are better than the ones facing the pool.
