saratoga marriott
evening desk man took 15 minutes or more to discuss options with a potential guest while I waited with all my luggage after a long car trip. When I got to desk there was no apology. workout room had no cups for water, no wet wipes to clean off equipment after use. Other marriots I stay in, the breakfast is complimentary and not $10.00

Room not ready-normal room for high price
I waited 3 hours for my room to be "cleaned" as they just had a high volume of checkouts-not my problem. Check in time was noon and I arrived at 1:30 and room was not ready until 4:30. High price for a normal hotel room with nothing fancy. Location was not as close to downtown as they state. Very average stay for an above average rate. OK if your choices are limited.

Clean, good hotel for the money.
For the cost it’s a good overall hotel. The downside is it’s not walking distance to downtown.
