Not impressed
Although a fairly central location the hotel suffers from poor cleanliness. The sheets were not made everyday and on many occasions there were homeless people congrigating in the entrance. Must be a better place to stay, San Fran was great though!

Alatraz island is a must see! The evening tour combines the night time setting with an amazing audio tour told by inmates and prison service men provides a chilling experience!

you get what you pay for
me and my sister stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. i have to say that it doesn’t look like the pictures, it’s actually smaller, but you get what you pay for. we just wanted a place to sleep in and for that it’s more than enough. the bed is huge and clean, which is important. the shower is fantastic! the service is great, they are very nice people. when we left the hotel the first day, the receptionist actually ran after us to make sure we knew where to go. FYI- the breakfast included is a croissant and self maid coffee.

alcatraz - amazing, didn’t think i wpuld have fun, but i defenetly did. coit tower - don’t miss the ride to the top. the view is amazing. clif house (right next to the golden gate park) - beautiful sights. little italy - great resaurants! skip lunch and have dinner there.

poor remodel
no room service, old hotel remodeled. very noisy part of town, very run down.
