You get what you pay for
The location can’t be beat and the price is right. But you get what you pay for. The double room is a shoebox. It is not big enough for two people. The shower is extremely small. The toilet seat was broken. Half of the lights didn’t work. And we were asked by the person at the front desk to use the side door not the front door because "the bell annoyed him". I’d look elsewhere.

Basic hotel
This hotel was VERY basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom very small. The price was right and it is only one block from the beautiful beach and boardwalk, 3 blocks to the main street in town.
