Mixed review. Great location, staff, but terrible bed.
Location excellent with a train stop right across the street. Can be downtown in 5 minutes. Can walk a few blocks to the ferry station and be in Darling Harbour in 10 minutes. Hotel employees were very nice and accomodating. Computers for general use were excellent/fast. PROBLEM: Bed was terrible. Mattress was too soft. Took mattress off box springs. Slept on mattress on floor, which was fine.
