Pleased to have gotten what I paid for.
The location is about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi. The place is clean and quiet, and the rooms are nicely maintained - good AC. It was everything I expected from a budget hotel. No problem with the staff. Lots of interesting places near by.
Traveler's tip on shopping
Mustafa Mall, Little India, Lekka Mall are within walking distance and a 7/11 store and open-air eaterys are very close to the inn for food and beverages.

Not impressed
Front desk staff was polite and efficient, but rooms need more cleaning and maintenance. Stayed here two different times - both rooms had worn out, threadbare sheets and towels, walls were dirty, bathroom was mildewed. OK if you need a cheap place to stay for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay here for longer.

Good for the price
Simple hotel, a little dingy and small but can’t get better for the price in Singapore. Near Metro.
