Excellent Value Plus Great Food
The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but it’s quiet, clean and safe. Its worth the stay just to get to eat at the Eggcredible Cafe located in the hotel. Great food, hearty breakfasts, good strong coffee! We stayed during Parent’s Weekend at CU and even though the hotel had lot’s of folks, it was orderly and quiet. This isn’t a brand, new facility, but everything is well taken care of and very clean. The only negative? Ownership should invest in better quality pillows.
Eggcredible Cafe is an unexpected treat for breakfast and lunch!

The hotel was clean and close to down town. the food was very good and reasonable

Wedding
We were there to attend a wedding. There were a number of rooms taken by wedding guests. The staff was very accomodating, helpful, and and they even helped us make arrangements with the restaurant in the hotel to store our flowers overnight as we were doing the decorations ourselves. They really helped to make the event even nicer.
Traveler's tip
If you get the chance, attend a wedding at Planet Bluegrass in Lyons. In the rain. It was wonderful.
