Good stay
This was my second stay, it was MUCH better than the last one, service is always great. One side of the hotel is for smokers, the other for non-smokers that works out great for me a non-smoker.

Manager - Lack of CR
Day Manager needs course in CR and attitude control. She refused to give us a ticket for the Paddlewheel cruise/dinner/show BOGO. Our party had 2 couples,the Manager would not give us an additional ticket for the other couple. We had separate reservations. We asked her to make the reservations for us, she declined advising we had to do it ourselves. Her excuse was that she only had two more tickets available and they were promised to others. She could have inquired at nearby Country Inn, but did not. Her attitude was abrupt and very uncooperative. A reason not to stay here again and not recommend your Inn to anyone. The girl on the weekday night shift was wonderful and helpful. She should be made the Manager!!!

Not impressed
The hotel could have been nice if the maintenance were better. They had some nice features like cookies at check-in, and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had absolutely no hot water to shower with the next morning. Not one drop!!!! Thank goodness we were headed home, not going somewhere else. They said they would tell the manager, but never heard from them. There was no ice.
