You get what you pay for...
I stayed in this hotel for one night due to the incredible deal I got. Location-wise, the hotel was great--very close to Fisherman’s Wharf and other Monterey attractions. However, the owner of the hotel was extremeley rude to me and the other two people I was staying with. Check-In was kind of a hassle, the refrigerator didn’t work, the ice machine for the hotel was broken, and we had to jump leaps and bounds to get an extra towel for the room. Overall, you get what you pay for I guess.

Bring your own soap!
My only complaint about this place was that they don’t give you little hotel bars of soap. There’s just a liquid soap dispenser in the shower like a public restroom. Also, I couldn’t get the wireless internet to work for me. Otherwise, I had no complaints at all about this place in terms of comfort. Good deal.
