Convenient Location, Friendly Service
Everyone on the staff at this hotel were excellent. However, if you’re expecting big city hotel features like in-room safe, secure bag check room, etc., look elsewhere. Lucca is a small walkable city, and this hotel is right across the street from the wall and just steps from the train station (but oddly still quiet in the rooms), which made it great for a day trip to Pisa as well. Breakfast was great and everyone on the staff was great!
