No free or reserved pay parking for rental car
I actually canceled my reservation when I got there. There was no reserved on-site parking for rental cars, just a public lot where you had to pay. When I asked the person at the front desk if I returned late to the hotel after visiting with relatives and there were no parking space, where was I supposed to park? She did not seem to concerned. The pay lot was first come first serve. I was not going to pay 138 Euros for one night and not have a parking spot for the rental car. So I canceled my reservation on the spot. And, she gladly canceled the reservation, not offering any alternatives to the parking situation. Then, I asked the person at the reception area to validate my parking of 15 minutes or less and she said I had plenty of time left on the card. I went to exit the paid lot and I had to put a few Euros on the card to get out of the lot. So, it cost me a few Euros to get out of the lot of the hotel that I did not even stay at. I am not impressed with the Customer service.
