Good value for money
The hotel is located closer to the airport than the fancier hotels we stayed in on our way in to Kochi, so that helped as flights leave after midnight and you want to squeeze in as much sleep as you can. It has good restaurants, international quality services, and good service people. The rooms are comfortable with modern amenities. We would stay here again.

Located downtown, so if you want to shop as the local citizenry does--that is, not in the tourist traps--this is a good place to stay.

Terrible cleanliness and service
This hotel is in terrible condition. The hallway carpet was torn and smelled like pee. The walls of my room had mold, the bathtub had brown stains and cracks. The toilet didn’t flush. It is on a main road, so the room was loud. There was no one to help me book a tour or recommend a contact to see the sites.
