Not very impressed

Customer service bad. For the same price we could have stayed in Vegas everyone in the hotels there were much friendlier. The pool was not heated and that was why we stayed there it was freezing, they lied and said it was broken then when we complained they said its never heated, and if people wanted to swim they needed to go over to the Virgin River. We won’t stay there again!

Room was dirty, bed wasn’t changed

We were put into a room that really needed updating. When my wife went to pull back the covers on the bed, she noticed the bed had what appeared to be blood and feces on the sheets. The front desk stated "oh,I guess the bed didn’t get changed". They eventually put us into another room. They gave us a voucher for breakfast, but it wasn’t accepted at their own restaurant due to their own complications,so we couldn’t use it for eating.

Great Place to Stay

On arrival, valet was right there. Check in was quick even though there was a long line. Staff very professional and nice. There is a good vibe at this hotel.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

Zion not too far away, if you have the time, visit Best Friends Animal Sanctuay in Kanaab, it is a beautiful drive thru Zion

All-Day Fun

The inside of the hotel appears to be completely refurbished. Some work could be done on the pool area, particularly the deck. We hit a Saturday by the pool with a D.J. and all sorts of games and contests for adults and children. Had an absolutely fantastic time. Entertainment in the lounge was great; food was fantastic and reasonably priced.

Nice Little Gem at a Very Reasonable Price

When we drive X-country we stop here for a few days. Very reasonable room prices, a really nice pool and breakfast omelets for $3.99. You can drop some big coin for dinner here too and it is well worth it. I’m not sure why we also stay in Vegas sometimes. A repeat favorite when you consider bang for the buck.

Nice hotel for the price!

We used this as a "stopover" on our way to California. Was a nice hotel w/ a nice pool area. We were there with a 4 year old and were surprised as to how many families were there as well.

No Bingo

I am a bingo player, but didn’t realize there was no bingo when I made my reservation. If there was, I would have stayed there instead of going to the other casinos. The pool was great. I really did enjoy my stay, though!!!!!!!

Disapointed

While the grounds for the hotel were very nice, the staff failed to keep a volleyball in the sand court and when asked if they would be getting one any time soon, they replied they would not be because, "Oh, sometimes a guest will bring one of their own and then there’s a volleyball there for a couple of days." Also, when I went to play tennis and registered to get the tennis racquets, the staff failed to call security to open the tennis courts, and after walking to the tennis courts to play (which are quite a distance away), we had to come back, go to the security office ourselves and request that the tennis courts be unlocked. When the staff member was confronted about this issue, she replied, "Oh yeah, I forgot to tell you about that." VERY POOR SERVICE.

Traveler's tip on recreational activities

The pool at the Casa Blanca did offer some fun games on Saturday afternoon.

Great Hotel!!! : )

The Casablanca was a great hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The pool was awesome and just right for a hot day (110 when we went). The rooms were very comfortable. The food at the Purple Fez was alright but not the best. Overall though.... I loved it.

Always a great stay!

We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The beds are quite comfortable. The rooms overall are very comparable to Las Vegas. The only thing we were upset about was the Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet was closed. We had to eat somewhere else. Other than that our stay was terrific as always!

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Its close to Walmart , McDonalds and Smiths for any other needs you might have.

Love the Casablanca!

The Casablanca is a great hotel to stop through and stay at for our drive from Park City to Southern CA. Katherine’s is a fabulous steakhouse, the pool is great to lounge at and love the pool bar for their blended rum drinks! Clean rooms, good service, nice staff!

Traveler's tip on dining

Katherine’s Steakhouse is worth the extra bucks! Sit at the bar and have the best service ever from their local bartender’s that have been there forever!

Best Hotel in Mesquite, NV

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and friendly. Coffee Shop had great bargains and fine restaurant quality food. No bingo games there. No covered parking either. The toilet in bathroom seemed way too low for an adult (especially one with a bad back and knee replacement). Gambling was great.

Traveler's tip

Bring a raised toilet seat if over 3 feet tall.

best hotel in mesquite

Was having problems with laptop I was using to make reservations and got cut off, Had smoking rooms but preferred non-smoking. Hotel said I could switch but non-smoking rooms only had one king size bed. They did spray to try to reduce the odor but my wife still had problems breathing. Would stay in hotel again but make sure I got non-smoking rooms.

Traveler's tip on dining

Eat at the hotel because there are no restaurants in Mesquite

Very nice place to stay! Will Use them again!

I had driven about 1200 miles upon reaching Casablanca hotel. the staff was very nice and greeted me with the most efficient check-in service. I went to my room immediately and was not disturbed at all, while I caught up on some sleep. The staff cleaned my room daily and there were never any tasks left undone. The service is quite good and I would recommend for others to stay there!!

Very disappointed, won’t be back

Room was clean & adequate, but the entire casino & pool area was swarming with flies. Many employees were armed with flyswatters and even swatting them at the ice cream parlor near the food! Coffee shop had at least 3 flies per table. Pool area was just as bad. Pool was dirty & hadn’t been cleaned in days, full of bugs & leaves. Flies were all over pool chairs too. We were so happy when it was time to leave there.

If you’re looking for a hotel with a nice pool area for the kids, skip the Casablanca. Pool was dirty and uncleaned and flies were all over chairs. Too many flies to be normal and made it impossible to sit outside. Inside was just as bad.
