A great overnighter!

Not a super fancy hotel, but it was clean and comfortable. That’s what counts.

Hotel was cheap, convenient (right on I 15)

Hotel was OK. It is NOT in the Casino, but in one of several "hotel" buildings surrounding the casino, although all were in easy walking distance from the casino. I think they also have golf cart shuttles but didn’t seem to be working when we were there. Room is quite plain and evidence of pretty old furniture, but was clean and comfortable enough. Few amenities - no cofee maker etc - they want you in the casino for that stuff.

none - we oly went to the casino

Just adequate

This is a fairly cheap hotel where we simply stop for the night on our way to Utah. Don’t expect too much here, unless you came to gamble.

Nice

This is an older hotel, but clean and comfortable. Good for the price. Has a nice bowling alley. We stay there on our way to California.

Good quick one-night stop over on way to Cali

This hotel was great for us to just make a one-night stop on the way to San Diego area. Not the nicest hotel ever but was just fine for the price. It wasn’t gross or anything, it was exactly what I expected for a cheap room in Mesquite.

Ask for a room on the lower floor if traveling with coolers the like. It makes it much easier when hauling them to your room. You don’t want to leave them in your vehicle since it’s so hot there.

Great Room for Price

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The accommodations were very satisfactory and clean. I would recommend staying at this hotel in the future. The price was very affordable.

Great price for a great night’s sleep for travelers or a vacation spot!

Nice place to crash for the night

I needed a safe, clean, comfortable place to sleep during a recent road trip. This is not a fancy hotel, but for the money, it offers a nice place to stay and for gamblers, it has a great casino. I also had a delicious and very inexpensive meal at the coffee shop. As a single, female traveler, I felt safe and secure during my recent stay. The desk clerks were also VERY respectful. I would definitely stay here again.

Traveler's tip

While this hotel is safe, I still used a rubber doorstop behind my door as an extra form of protection. I bought it at a dollar store and use it at even the fanciest of hotels.

Just Okay for the Money

The room was adequate and clean, although the mattresses were spare and lumpy. The few towels there were old but clean. The A/C was barely adequate, but it was 114 degrees outside. The casino was smokey. This is by no means a luxury hotel.

Great economical place to stay

I’ve stayed at the Virgin River many times, and each time I wished I could stay another night to take advantage of all the fun things to do there. Try to check in early enough to go bowling, gamble, swim, or go to the movies! I will definitely be back.

Very comfortable

We were in Mesquite for a funeral. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to book our room quickly, requesting that our family have rooms close to each other. Plus, the room rate was very affordable.

price=quality

For the price it was OK. Air conditioner was damaged and barely adequate during heat of day in July on top floor. It had a dirty filter screen and evaporator impairing it’s ability to move air. Bed was old, hard, and not comfortable.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Drinking 5 or 10 $1.50 Coronas at the bar will make the room seem better.

Good stop on the way to Las Vegas

Room was clean, not a bad hotel, was a long walk to the Casino.

There were several swimming pools, all of which were empty. Our room was towards the back, it was very quiet, but it was a long walk over to the casino. Food at the Chuckwagon was good.

Clean, but slightly worn

This hotel is always on our list as we travel through the area. It is cheap, and the rooms are clean. The swimming pool is also a nice touch. Bring your own shampoo, the hotel does not supply.

The price is the best thing about it.

The rooms are pretty rundown and only about a two star quality. But the pool was good.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

The penny slot machines were fun and a dollar lasted for a while.

Not impressed

This Hotel is ok for a one night stay. Hotel is far from Casino and weather is very hot. Rooms could be kept cooler by putting tint of windows.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Hotel for cheap one night visit. I recommend that the Hotel tint the windows. Rooms very hot. A far walk to the casino. Ok for just passing through.

No Problem with Late Check In

This hotel is great for our family, as it is a 1/2 way point on trips to Utah. You don’t have to worry about a late check in, if you get tied up in traffic coming from Southern California. One stop for meals, recreation and sleep. Something for everyone in the family. The prices do not break the bank.

Use the Buffet in the Casino for good inexpensive meals. Something for all age groups!

Always look forward to staying here

This hotel is clean and quiet. We don’t need a great deal of amenities so it is good for a good night sleep. It is a pet friendly hotel.

Not Impressed

Very old and run down non-smoking room smell smoke. Needs to be updated. There is other places to stay in better conditions.

Best Rate In Mesquite

Our room was ready when we arrived at 12:30 pm and they allowed early check in. For the money it is a good deal if all you want is a place to sleep. The hotel has other activities such as bowling, an arcade, and a dance floor and walking distance to another casino.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Good place to stop especially for families with kids as Bowling and arcade is on the property. The restaurants on the property serve inexpensive and a good buffet.

Great for non-smokers and desert lovers

I loved the fact that the non-smoking rooms were in a separate building furthest away from the smokey casino. The room was clean, since we were passing through it was a great place to stay.

OK for a midway stop but the beds were not very good

A cheap room for a one night stopover. Poor bed. I would not do an extended stay.
