Hotel employees need customer service training
The hotel is difficult to find. The directions look simple on the internet, but in reality it can be quite confusing. Finding our way back to the hotel after having dinner in Bergamo was very difficult. On check in, the hotel employee behind the desk started waiting on the guest behind me in line before he had finished with me. I had to wait until he was finished with her. I have no idea why he did this, but I considered it very rude.

Just for the night
This hotel is just good for the night if you are arriving late in Bergamo or leaving early to the Airport. Rooms are clean and large and service is friendly.
Traveler's tip
Please make sure to book in advance the hotel shuttle(10 Euro). Otherwise it will cost you 20 Euro by taxi. The hotel is far away from everything and there is no bus connexion to the (pretty) city centre.
