Going back in April
The hotel was amazing - offered lots of extras like an activity room with pool tables, chess, etc, playgrounds for the kids, grills!!!!! AND the location was very convenient to Disney, Univesal, Sea World, shopping and more!!!!
Great for families - complete with a playground, basketball court, two pools and grills for cooking a quick lunch!!!!!

Nice place
The suite we stayed in was really nice. I especially liked the screened in balcony and the bed was comfortable...and we are picky about beds. The small kitchen was very nice. They did not clean the room the first day, but when I called front desk, they sent up lots of clean towels and stuff. Very accommodating.

Comfortable hotel with poor food service and parking
Parking is a problem. You may have to walk to your building if you try to park after 7PM at night. The automated wake up call didn’t call us in the morning. After that, we used the alarm clock in the room instead. We had a very comfortable studio room. Space was laid out efficiently with a kitchenette. We loved sitting on the screened balcony at night overlooking the lake. When asked we were told the hotel has no proper room service from the hotel kitchen, only pizza delivery. If we still wanted kitchen food, they would send some kid up with a plastic bag of styrofoam boxes. They do not have a restaurant. The closest thing is ordering food at the pool bar and eating outside. There is a Deli with some tables that serves coffee, pastries, and light food as well as a breakfast buffet in the morning. The buffet food was sub-standard, unattractive and partially inedible. Very disappointing for a Hilton. The food situation is why we rated hotel service so low. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a great pool and landscaping; just plan to eat somewhere else. With all things considered, we would stay there again.
Traveler's tip on dining
There is a Publix supermarket and Walgreens across the road. You can walk to them both. Stock your mini fridge with drinks and snacks. There is also a Bahama Breeze, Landry’s Seafood restaurant, and a Golden Corral a quick 5 minute drive down Vineland Avenue (too far to walk).
