Fantastic Stay

The Love Ridge Condominiums are extremely spacious and well-appointed- two LCD TV’s, a jacuzzi tub, slate floors, granite counters, sub-zero fridge. The view from our unit was outstanding, and the balcony overlooked the valley and the town of Jackson. The only disappointment was the exercise facility within the Snow King Resort - small, cramped, and the machines were in disrepair. Daily housekeeping was minimal, but easy to overlook with this excellent property. Would definitely stay again.

Pretty good place to stay

Stayed in a 3 brm condo which was very nice and comfortable. The kitchen had pots/pans etc but they were minimal. The frying pan was unusable-asked for another and that was unusable, then asked for a teflon coated pan several times and it never materialized. I just gave up. It seemed as though there are a lot of younger people working at the hotel - which may be usual for the area, but the caliber of service was reflected in this fact. Maybe it is me, but for the price that is paid I guess I expected something more. The level of service and attention to our needs was comparable to what you would get at a holiday inn. The units are set back quite a ways so if you have older people in your group who are not physically able to walk long distances, you will need to drive to get near town. Internet service is not secured. I called and asked for the code to get into the secured connection showing up on my laptop, but was told there are no secured connections and that I would just need to use the unsecured connections unless I wanted to go to one of the hotel offices and plug my laptop into their secured line, which would have been a ridiculous situation. On a more positive note, we did have a nice view of the mountain range. All in all, the place is not that bad. But, I will say that if you are looking for the kind of attention and service that you would get from a 4 star hotel in a larger city - you will not get it here unless they read this review and make some changes.

There is plenty of room in the 3 bedroom condo to house quite a few people - so if you are traveling with a family, this would be an economical option for you.

We LOVED Love Ridge!

The pictures on the website were beautiful, but didn’t do Love Ridge justice! Our 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath unit was perfect for 3 teenagers, my husband and myself. Lots of living space.Elegant and comfortable. We used both balconies and both had fabulous Teton views! The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped, which was great because we chose to eat out once a day and eat in for our other meals. The location was perfect! An early riser, I walked to a little coffee shop in Jackson to read or write postcards while everyone else slept. We walked into town and back quite frequently. The local tennis courts were easily walkable, but we really enjoyed the on-site platform tennis courts which (though we are all tennis players) we had never played on and were not mentioned in any of the literature about the condo. Our vacation to Jackson was just perfect, in large part because of Love Ridge.
