Victoria’s Super Super 8
From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed. Hugh was on hotel reception that evening...he was professional yet had a friendly demeanor. When we asked for another set of towels he brought them to our room in good time. Very good experience with the staff in general. The room was clean, tidy and, air conditioned. Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Victoria as the hotel is on the main street leading into downtown and the harbour where all the wonderful sights are. Do keep your eyes open as the turnoff for the hotel is not signposted. Parking was good.

Will you make the same mistake?
When approaching the Super 8 hotel, Victoria, it is VERY difficult to see the entrance. There is a ’Super 8’ neon sign on the roof.......so you know you are close BUT the entrance (as it works out is a English Heritage pub and a name of a club that I have no need to remember!)the result being I parked in the adjacent parking lot, then after being told by the receptionist, I needed to drive around the block to drive into the hotel parking lot. So I am suggesting the signage for the entrance could be made available/visible. Overall we were happy with the hotel, tho breakfast ends at 9, which to me is too early, so the breakfast room gets too full and people have to return to their rooms or sit in the lobby.

Quiet and Clean
Quiet and clean hotel not very far from Victoria downtown. Comfortable beds. All appliances working. Nice room decor. Good free continental breakfast. We used microwave in the breakfast room to cook our little meals. Free parking.
