Customer service was at it’s worst. Other then customer service everything was up to standards.

Ok hotel
The hotel is in a great area on the strip. We had a non smoking room and for some reason they booked us next to a smoking room with connecting doors. We smelled smoke every night. We called the from desk the only thing they could do was spray an air freshener. We normally would grade this hotel better but this stay was unacceptable.
