Good location, good hotel
Very nice highrise hotel. My son cooly said "Nice hotel Dad" when we walked in. The room was nice. The view was great - we were upgraded to an ocean view room (because they goofed up on our initial room assignment). Car parking is a pain. The hotel shares underground parking with the local shopping center, and it is very crowded, and you have a long (hot/humid) walk to get to the hotel underground entrance. The location of the hotel is great. The beach is very close. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside the hotel.

Great Hotel , Great Location, Great Service
For this trip, our flight was cancelled and we ended up arriving only one day later. I was most impressed and most appreciative that they were understanding enough, although the hotel has been prepaid, to move our stay dates without any extra charges. The location was excellent. RIght in the heart of Surfers, short walking distance to public transport, beach, eateries and convenience store. It rained on 2days that we were there, and we still managed to get around without so much as getting wet! The main shops and restaurants were linked directly to the hotel. Overall my husband, my 7 yrs old, my 1 yr enjoyed our stay tremendously at courtyard
